Research Associate – Northern Plains (Bismarck, ND area)
Limagrain Cereal Seeds is recruiting for a Research Associate in the Northern Plains Area (Bismarck, ND). The individual hired for this role will be responsible for the monitoring of third-party wheat and pulses yield trial plots. They will manage internal wheat yield trial plots, including field trial design, land preparation, planting, pesticide and fertilizer applications, harvest, seed sampling, processing, treating, packaging, and shipping. This role also involves the evaluation of and data collection from third-party and internal yield trial plots, maintenance and servicing of field and seed processing equipment, and supervision of seasonal and hourly employees to ensure tasks are accomplished with due consideration for safety and health issues.
Regional Commercial Manager – Central Plains North
This is a new role created to grow business across the Central Plains. The individual will manage all aspects of our commercial activities in the Central Plains North Region and will be responsible for sales activities, customer relationship management, and working cross-functionally with research and marketing teams to meet annual revenue targets. This position will serve as the key Limagrain Cereal Seeds (LCS) commercial expert in this region and will be responsible for managing all components of a complex balance sheet. This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee and optimize all control points in a commercial environment that is both highly technical and highly relationship-driven. The region is defined as Western Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado. The ideal candidate will be based in Western Kansas or Eastern Colorado, although other locations will be considered for the right candidate.
